This occurs simply because Google Docs makes use of another code (UI) to a PDF Document. That's why why it's a distinct file type. So if the document is getting converted, it tries to spot anything in the ideal put, but looses many the code. With PdfHouse I merged two reports into 1 file. This aided me post my function in a very clean up format.
